Payment is due in full upfront, in USD. Commissions are scheduled through a priority queue system rather than first-come, first-served. Most projects are completed within about a month and I'll share regular progress updates along the way for your review and approval.
Please provide a complete reference sheet with multiple angles. Missing angles may require an additional fee. If no reference is available, the commission price will be doubled to account for the extra design work. Revisions beyond simple color or seam adjustments are $10 each.
Professional UV mapping is needed for all avatar accessories. Utilizator products aren't supported. Extra materials (bump and spec maps) or additional textured parts can be added for an extra cost.
I retain creative rights to all commissioned work. Edits by third parties aren't allowed without my permission. If you'd like extra copies for alt accounts, those are available at +20% each. Refunds are offered if a commission hasn't been started within 3 months. Any designs I create but that are not approved remain with me and may be used in future projects.
